Who is Tyler Lindquist?
Tyler is an actor, educator, director, carpenter, electrician, and a dog dad! Originally from Emporia, Kansas, Tyler spent four years in Kansas City where he obtained his B.F.A. in Acting and a degree in Theatre Education from Avila University in May 2023. He worked with local KC companies such as Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, Kansas City Actors Theatre, Theatre for Young America, Spinning Tree Theatre, KC Fringe Festival, and Kansas City Repertory Theatre.
Tyler then moved to Savannah, GA to attend SCAD to obtain his M.F.A. in Acting alongside his partner Tinna Rivera, and his two dogs Chikis and Bruno! While in Savannah, Tyler has worked with Savannah Repertory Theatre, Savannah Children's Theatre, and Lowcountry Shakespeare. Tyler is inspired and driven to create all types of art, collaborate with as many people as he can, and to always be growing and learning with any experience that comes his way.
Current and Upcoming Projects
Tyler will be graduating in May 2025 from Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia with his M.F.A. in Acting. At SCAD, Tyler is a part of the SCAD Acting Showcase 2025.
In February, Tyler will be performing in a production of Shakespeare in Love as Richard Burbage directed by John Prosky. The production runs March 6th through March 9th. Tickets available here!
This summer, Tyler will be playing Dumaine in Heart of America Shakespeare Festival's Production of Love's Labour's Lost directed by HASF Artistic Director Sidonie Garrett. The production runs June 17th through July 6th in Southmoreland Park. Tickets available soon!
